Sp\u00e4ter ging es in den Besitz der Familie Stappert&nbsp;\u00fcber. Louise Stappert heiratete 1885 den aus Polsum stammenden Ulrich Huthmacher, welcher dann in dem Haus einen Gemischtwarenhandel mit Haushaltswaren und eine B\u00e4ckerei betrieb.
