{"id":22119,"date":"2022-12-07T19:07:09","date_gmt":"2022-12-07T17:07:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/historisches-kirchhellen.de\/?page_id=22119"},"modified":"2022-12-07T19:07:10","modified_gmt":"2022-12-07T17:07:10","slug":"gebaeude-nr-12","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/historisches-kirchhellen.de\/?page_id=22119","title":{"rendered":"Geb\u00e4ude Nr. 12"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Wohnhaus, Gastwirtschaft und B\u00e4ckerei von Theodor Kleppe (Dorf 10\/1 &#8211; Am Alten Kirchplatz 9)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1840 verkaufte die Familie Funke das zwischen deren Haus und Jandewerth liegende Grundst\u00fcck an den H\u00e4ndler Heinrich Eulering mit dem Recht, es zu bebauen. Bis dahin war es unbebaut. Eulering errichtete vermutlich kurz darauf dort das 2004 abgebrochene Geb\u00e4ude. Eulering verstarb 1864 und hinterlies es seiner Frau, die es an den Schmied Johann Allekotte verkaufte. Am 10.10.1882 verkaufte der Pfarrer Bernard Feldmann, wohnhaft in Katzenelnbogen, das Haus an den B\u00e4cker Johann Kleppe. Wahrscheinlich hatte Feldmann das Geb\u00e4ude vom Schmied Allekotte, der dort noch 1885 gemeldet war, erworben, da dieser das Haus einem Kaufmann aus Coesfeld verpf\u00e4ndet hatte. Am 25.07.1887 richtete Kleppe ein Gesuch an den Kaiser, ihm zu der beantragten und abgelehnten Gastwirtschaftskonzession zu verhelfen. Er schreibt, dass er das Wohnhaus vor f\u00fcnf Jahren gekauft hatte und dort bereits 15 Jahre lang eine Gastwirtschaft \u201emit vorz\u00fcglichem Erfolg\u201c betrieben wurde. Die Konzession wurde bald darauf erteilt. Johann Kleppe verstarb am 12.09.1907.
