Der aus Hamborn stammende Zimmermann Theodor Dickmann&nbsp;kaufte es am 18.03.1828 f\u00fcr 613 Taler und 10 Silbergroschen. Am 14.05.1830 wurde das neue Haus erbaut, nachdem das zuvor dort stehende Haus von Weber beseitigt wurde. In seinem Haus betrieb Dickmann&nbsp;eine Gastst\u00e4tte. Im Jahre 1910 wurde diese gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig erweitert, indem die ehemalige Schreinerwerkstatt zum Saal umgebaut wurde. Am 17.
