Bis zum Jahre 1880 bewohnte es die Familie des Metzgers Franz M\u00f6ller. Danach zog dort die aus Bottrop stammende Familie Scharfenkamp ein, die dort bis 1881 wohnte. Sp\u00e4ter wohnte dort der Schuhmacher Rockholt. Das Geb\u00e4ude wurde 1945 beim Einmarsch der Amerikaner durch Panzer weggedr\u00fcckt und dadurch so stark besch\u00e4digt, dass es abgerissen wurde.
