Das Grundst\u00fcck wurde am 29. Februar 1836 von dem Strumpfweber Theodor Langst\u00fcck, der mit Maria Catharina Otte verheiratet war, erworben. 1844 baute Theodor Langst\u00fcck hier das Wohnhaus und 1848 den Kuhstall. 1850 starb Theodor Langst\u00fcck und seine Witwe heiratete den in Stadtlohn geborenen Heinrich Schlusemann. 1865 heiratete die Tochter des Ehepaares Langst\u00fcck-Otte, Angela, den Brieftr\u00e4ger Adolph Rump, der 1837 in Ulfkotte geboren wurde und 1863 nach Kirchhellen verzog. Sp\u00e4ter \u00fcbernahm der Sohn der Eheleute Adolph und Angela Rump, Johann, das Haus. Bei Kriegsende wurde bei dem Einmarsch der Amerikaner ein Teil des Hauses von Panzern eingedr\u00fcckt.
