Er starb 1905 in Recklinghausen. Von 1902 bis 1919 war der Gastwirt Bernhard S\u00f6ller Eigent\u00fcmer, der das Haus u. a. an den Buchdrucker Johannes Welbers vermietete. 1919 bis 1920 geh\u00f6rte das Haus Johann Keizers. Ab 1920 war das Haus im Besitz von Martin Ple\u00dfmann, der dort ein Manufakturwarengesch\u00e4ft betrieb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Haus wurde ab 1973 von einer Kasseler Planungsgruppe, die darauf aufmerksam geworden war, dass Kirchhellener B\u00fcrger die Reste des alten Dorfkerns erhalten wollten, restauriert.
