Vor diesem geh\u00f6rte seit mindestens 1867 das Grundst\u00fcck samt Wohnhaus Joseph Hemming gt. Baumeister. Von diesem ging das Haus um 1893 an den Landwirt Bernhard Gr\u00fctering aus Holthausen \u00fcber, der es um 1898 an Hasebrink verkaufte. Hasebrink lie\u00df das alte Haus abbrechen und das abgebildete Haus errichten, welches im Jahr 1900 bezogen wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasebrink betrieb lange Jahre dort eine Buchhandlung. In seinem Gesch\u00e4ft stand einer der ersten Weihnachtsb\u00e4ume Kirchhellens. Am Weihnachtsfest durften die Kinder nach der Andacht nachmittags den Weihnachtsbaum bestaunen und wurden mit einer damaligen Rarit\u00e4t, einer Apfelsine, beschenkt. Ein fr\u00fcher oft zitierter Ausspruch von Johann Hasebrink, der bei der Zerst\u00f6rung des alten Ortskerns durch die Luftmine am 1.
