Der Vorname des neuen Erwerbers, Hermann Kleine-Allekotte wurde zu \u201eManns\u201c abgek\u00fcrzt und blieb lange ein Spitzname der Familie. Aus der Ehe mit Maria Francisca Jansen  stammte der Sohn Theodor. Dieser war Maurermeister und betrieb ein Baugesch\u00e4ft. Das Fachwerkhaus wurde am 01. Mai 1943 von einer Luftmine vollst\u00e4ndig zerst\u00f6rt.
